Beautiful Malaysia...
Here are some pictures when I went to the 'Eye On Malaysia' at Lake Titiwangsa. I am so so so glad I managed to take a visit there before I return here to US...

We reached there around 6-7pm...around that time. It was still bright so we hung around and took a few pictures first before getting on the big big Ferris wheel.

It was huge and oh-so high! Those who are afraid of heights might have abit of a problem....

Petronas Twin Towers behind me...
Finally at around 8pm or so when it got dark, we purchased the tickets and went up on the Eye. There weren't that many people around at that time so we managed to get a whole gondola just for the both of us!

Just before we went to purchase the tickets...
Inside the gondola...

It was an enclosed gondola and fully air-conditioned...hehe...not bad eh...

Check out the Petronas Twin Towers behind me!
The view of the Eye from inside the gondola...

We actually took quite a lot pictures inside the gondola but they weren't so nice because:
1) We had to capture pictures of ourselves by our own with no tripod or anything...and it was a moving gondola...
2) We were obessessed trying to get shots of the KL city view as our background...and failed...The ride lasted for about 15-20 minutes (I think...can't really remember) and it was quite worth for the RM15 that we paid to ride it because it went for about 4-5 rounds...
After the ride ended...

More pictures before we leave...The Eye is lighted up with purple lights by the way! ^^

It was an amazing experience...I went there a few days before I left the country and it made me appreciate Malaysia a lot more...So to those of you in Malaysia, do make a trip to visit this place!
Another amazing event in Malaysia...
The International Fireworks Competition held at Putrajaya
I only managed to catch the one held on the second day by Team Global. What a waste...apparently Malaysia was pretty good...wish I was there!
Remember the Jogoya lunch I had with Darren and his family? Well, after that me, him, his bro and his sis-in-law went over to Putrajaya for the fireworks. We were there like 2-3 hours before the event started because we had to pick a good spot for Darren and his brother to capture pictures of the fireworks with their DSLRs...

Beautiful huh...Welcome to Putrajaya!
The fireworks were beautiful but only lasted for about 5-10 minutes...what a disappointment... My camera is not canggih enough to capture beautiful shots of the fireworks so I decided to take beautiful videos of them in action instead. I recorded them into four parts so as not to waste my recording time. These videos took like forever to load so please appreciate them! Also you might hear my voice and some others inside so don't laugh k... However, if you want to see a few beautiful shots of the fireworks, click *here* to advance to Darren's flickr site. He uploaded some pictures from Team Malaysia's performance as well and you can view them *here*
Feel free to also look at some other various pictures that he took. Enjoy!
